Your sector has its own nouns.
Policies, meters, work orders, sales agreements, care plans. Generic CRM makes you bend those into Accounts and Opportunities. We start from the data model your sector already uses — and say honestly which industry cloud is worth its licence.

Sectors
Fifteen sectors,one method.
Filter by the shape of the business rather than the name on the door. Each page covers what we hear in that sector, the four things worth building first, and the stack we usually land on.
Financial Services
Households, advisers and onboarding that survives an examiner asking for evidence.
Healthcare & Life Sciences
Care coordination and patient access with the privacy model designed first.
Manufacturing
Sales agreements, account forecasting and a dealer channel reporting your numbers.
Automotive
Vehicle, driver and household modelled so the relationship survives the sale.
Consumer Goods
Retail execution on a phone that works in the aisle, and trade spend you can measure.
Retail
One customer online, in store and on the phone — and service that can see the order.
Communications
Catalogue, order capture and fulfilment that stop quotes becoming a rescue operation.
Media
Advertising sales and subscribers reconciled with what finance actually invoiced.
Energy & Utilities
Service points, meters and accounts on the industry data model rather than forced in.
Construction & Real Estate
The pursuit tracked like a deal and the project tracked like a commitment.
Education
One record from first enquiry to alumni giving, not four systems owning a slice each.
Nonprofit
Fundraising and programme delivery in one system, reported the way funders want it.
Professional Services
Pipeline that knows your capacity, and utilisation delivery and finance both trust.
Technology
Usage signals, consumption revenue and renewals worked on evidence, not a date field.
Travel, Transport & Hospitality
One guest profile, and disruption handled before the customer rings about it.

Industry clouds
Half of you do not need the industry cloud.
An industry cloud is a real accelerator when your business genuinely uses the objects it ships. When it does not, you are paying a premium for a data model you will spend the project fighting. Here is how we decide, before anybody buys anything.
01
Do you use its nouns?
If your business genuinely talks in policies, service points or sales agreements every day, the shipped objects save you months of modelling.
02
How much would you disable?
When the honest answer is most of it, you are buying a licence to fight a data model. Core Salesforce with a clean custom model is cheaper and faster.
03
What does the upgrade path cost?
Industry clouds bring managed packages and seasonal changes. That is fine if you use them, expensive if you have customised around them.
04
Who else needs the data?
If finance, field and service all need the same records, the decision is about integration and Data 360 rather than about which cloud you licence.
Not on the list? Still worth a call.
Sector labels matter less than the shape of the work. If you sell through a channel, run field crews or bill on usage, we have almost certainly built it — under a different industry name.
