About
The position
We are the firm that argues with the brief.
Twelve years on one platform taught us that most Salesforce failures are decisions, not code. So we are opinionated early, in writing, before anybody has spent money on the wrong thing.
01
What we hold
Five positions. Every one of them has cost us work, and we would rather lose it here than in month four.
The data model is the product.
Every report, every automation and every integration is a consequence of the object design. We will spend the first week arguing about objects rather than screens, and it is the cheapest week of the project.
Roughly a third of what you ask for should not be built.
Not because the request is silly, but because the underlying need is usually served by something smaller. We say which third on the first call, in writing, and you are free to overrule us.
The people on the call are the people on the keyboard.
No subcontractors, no offshore pool, no bait-and-switch between the pitch team and the delivery team. It makes us more expensive and it is the entire product.
Documentation is a deliverable, not a courtesy.
If you cannot replace us without pain, we have built it wrong. Contracts, runbooks and decision records live in your repository from week one, not in a final-week scramble.
We quote after discovery, never before.
A number given before the inventory is designed to win work rather than to be true. You will wait about two weeks for a price, and the price will hold.

The bill
What those positions cost you.
A higher day rate
Fourteen permanent, certified people cost what they cost. If price per day is the deciding factor, there are firms who will beat us and we will not try to match them.
A slower start
Discovery before a number means roughly two weeks before you see a price. An estimate offered on the first call is a sales tactic, not an estimate.
Occasional refusal
We decline sectors we would be mediocre in and briefs we think are wrong. You may hear no from us and yes from everyone else.
03
Who holds it
Four architects, ten builders, one accountable team.
Average tenure is 4.6 years. The two people who founded the firm in 2014 still review every architecture before it ships, which is the only reason the positions above survive contact with a deadline.
Disagree with one of the five?
Good — that is a better first call than a requirements list. Thirty minutes with the architect who wrote them.
