Salesforce careers at a firm with no bench.
Fourteen permanent people, no subcontractors and nobody sitting between you and the client. If you want to be handed a ticket queue and a utilisation target, this is the wrong firm — and we would rather say so here than at offer stage.

The job
The same four positions the About page sells to clients, read from your side of the table. They are the reason the work is good and the reason it is not for everybody.
You will be on the call and on the keyboard.
No subcontractors, no offshore delivery pool, no gap between the people who win the work and the people who do it. You meet the client, you argue about the data model, you ship it, and you are still there in month nine.
Every pull request is reviewed by someone more senior.
The two people who founded the firm in 2014 still review every architecture before it ships. That is a slower way to work and it is the reason average tenure here is 4.6 years rather than eighteen months.
You are expected to say a third of it should not be built.
Disagreeing with the brief is the job, not an act of courage. It is written into how we sell: roughly a third of what a client asks for is served by something smaller, and we say which third on the first call.
Documentation counts as delivery.
Runbooks, contracts and decision records go into the client repository from week one. Work is not finished because it functions; it is finished when somebody else could take it over without ringing you.
